What determines the placement of the ads?
The ads are listed on the front page of the lake's rental site in random order. This way every listing has an equal chance of being promoted. No prioritized promotions are done.

How effective will my ad be? Expect good results! In-season, most of our clients have reported multiple rentals within one month of listing. Mid-season and off-season rental business will substantially increase as there are fishing tournaments and home buyers that frequently book rentals.

How is this Web site marketed on-line and off-line?
We maintain registry with the following search engines: Yahoo, Looksmart, Alta Vista, Excite, Webcrawler, AOL, Infoseek, Lycos Northern Lights, Magellan and Hot Bot. In addition, selective ads are run via popular media outlets.

Can I add a second property to my listing? Our policy is "one property per listing". After all, additional listings will get additional promotion. The calendar system is only designed to handle one property per listing.
